I have had a very poor experience with 1800accountants and would recommend anyone stay away from their service. I was sold on their package because I was promised a comprehensive accounting, tax and payroll service, and that I would have access to my team members at anytime. What I have found is that I can rarely expect a quick and efficient answer to my questions from any team member, I can not expect to speak to a team member (or anyone for that matter) without making a scheduled appointment, that payroll has been processed late, and that my estimated quarterly taxes are late and most likely now subject to fine. Even something as simple as requesting a paystub turns into a week's long process in which I constantly have to badger my payroll manager to complete the task. When I called to speak with a customer service manager I was told no one was available for me. However they seemed to have someone available to call me multiple times when it came to collecting payments for their non-s
