The tax lady that prepares and goes over information is very nice and informative. As for the receptionist very rude. Has a major attitude and will cut you off mid sentence. There was no need and completely uncalled for. I had to explain to her several times that I was just trying to understand if there was a mix up and only wanted additional clarification. What a disappointment. Maybe retrain your receptionist in providing better customer service and not be a rude woman because I won't be returning with that type of rude customer service.
