I find taxes so stressful and unnecessary but every year I go through it and this year I needed help!! I came here with lots of questions and extra paperwork from the previous year I needed assistance with. It was definitely a lot of extra work yet Peter K. got all of it taken care of! And for free! I couldn't be more grateful! Whew, what a load off!!

Tax preparation completely free of charge, they really do a good job at getting you back the biggest refund possible. This is my third time filing with them and I plan to keep going back every year from now on

I am very disgruntled at this time and here's why: I have patronized accounting aid for many years. The service was great in the beginning. I Filed my 2018 taxes at Oakland County Financial Hub, in Ferndale. I Filed on February 27, 2019. I called to Inquire about my return many times since then. I have left numerous messages for someone in management. I cannot get info regarding an acceptance date from the State of Michigan. I cannot get info from the state's web site, Where's my refund. I spoke to a live treasury agent and was told, there is no info in the treasury system for me at all. I received a copy of an amended return after filing the first one on February 27, 2019. The call center has limited knowledge as to what happened and how to contact the site where my return was completed. The voice mail box is always full......Oakland county site left a voice mail n said, we did an amended return, something went wrong, it wasn't your fault. Also the voice message said, I'll get a cop
