They are the best! I’ve been doing my taxes with them for the past 18 yrs.
It was the best tax service experience that I’ve ever seen. They all were so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend them.
I tried to make an appointment with them and they told me they had an appointment available but refused to give it to me because it was a phone appointment not in person. A couple of days later they texted me a form to fill out which I did. I received no phone call and I received no follow up email or text. I called several times the following week and no one answered. I was finally able to speak to someone today, only to find out my taxes were never filled and are now late. I still have never spoken to the accountant. Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE TO THEIR SERVICES!
