What started as a good experience didn’t end as one. As a new business owner, Paul and his staff were not informative. I’d really say this office is moreso good for filing your taxes, like an H&R Block, than anything else. At one point I couldn’t log into the portal they have, all I needed was my 2022 tax returns to print, I reached out via email, no exaggeration it took about 2 weeks to get them to send it to me. I’d leave a message with Paul’s assistant, Matt, and/or Amy (I believe her name was) who answered the phones there if Paul wasn’t in, I’d be told they’d relay the message, a week later I still wouldn’t hear from anyone. Overall lack of and horrible communication, frustrating to work with, and the reason I ended up obtaining a new accountant.

Great family run business. My personal and business tax needs have been handled professionally and accurately for close to 8 years now. I've made between 35-45 referrals to the company and all are satisfied with the company and are loyal ongoing customers.

Ive been using accounting services inc for 5 years now, Paul has always been on point and on top of my taxes. I trust him to do whats right with the financial information provided. I highly recommend them for your personal or business taxes.
