Adobe Tax Services made a serious mistake in my 2020 taxes that cost me over $3,900. I used their services for over 15 years at that point. When I contacted them about fixing the error they made, I was told they were correct and if I thought there was a mistake in my taxes, I should contact family court in order to fix it. They refused to do anything and stopped replying to my emails when I asked them to explain why they did not apply EIC when my child lived with me and my filing status was HOH. So instead of getting refund of around $1,500, based on their calculation I paid over $2,400. After I paid them to prepare my 2020 taxes accurately and they did not, I had to pay another firm to fix mistakes made by Adobe Tax Services. Update: My taxes have been amended by a different firm and submitted to the IRS for review. IRS processed my 2020 return, corrected mistakes made by Adobe Tax Services and 2 years later I finally got my refund for 2020. Makes me question accuracy of all the other

Great experience! Due to my work hours I was able to get my taxes done online! They offered me an online portal where I was able to upload my information. Within 24hrs Rachel completed my taxes. Friendly, affordable, professional, knowledgeable. Overall very pleased with my experience! Definitely will see them again.
