Ms. Jackson is excellent! She goes above and beyond to educate you on tax preparation as well as provide you with wonderful and timely services. Most importantly, she makes herself available year around, so that as you want to learn/ know more, she is there to prepare you for optimal results the following year. I will never go to this Tax place again. I was recommended to go here and Makiba was working with my mom and her trainee was doing my taxes I never received my forms and when called to get them to do my taxes with someone else she acted bitter and said she had a policy that I have to pay to get forms that was never provided to me in the first place I mention I never got them in the first place she still demands I pay for my own information that is required to even do my taxes and No company not even HR block charges for that information if you lose it they will provide it on their website for you to print your self. NEVER AGAIN! Don’t trust her that’s just my advice your better off with turbo tax and or H and R Block.
