Been a customer for years they made a mistake last year and I still made an appointment and they cancelled last minute saying they are too busy after first saying they need to give me an extension then telling me I still have an appointment tomorrow then calling again to tell me to find someone else because the 20 minutes it takes them wasn't possible. Poor customer service do not recommend this business for anyone.

Very unprofessional, this is my second year in business so doing my taxes really stresses me out because I don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to this… that’s usually why you go to a tax professional for help but that is not what you will get here. After being here for 5 minutes I was told to go back in the lobby to figure out what I’m doing because they’re too busy for me, even though I made an appointment. What am I paying for then? Don’t recommend.

I’m normally not one to publicly post a bad review, but after the way I was treated by this place I feel I should share. This is my second year in business, and from one small business owner to another I figured I would give this small business a chance at helping me out after I got myself into a little bit of a rut during tax season. One of the CPA’s at this establishment belittled me and instead of guiding me, basically told me he didn’t think “I would be able to pay him” and told me “my stuff was a mess” without giving me any templates of how they thought I should have given them my stuff (I spent hours upon hours on working on monthly profit and loss sheets if they even took a look into my binder) after leaving all of my personal paperwork there for weeks for them to “work on”. It’s definitely not how I would run my business, very unprofessional. With that being said, it’s sad to say that I would not recommend.
