Horrible customer service. They are so unprofessional and irresponsible. Never going back again. I dont recommend anybody to go to this location.
This year it went badly for me with Elvira Ríos, I have never asked for a quick check and this year she sent it to me quickly without my authorization ???? I was checking and there is money missing that was diverted to another account, before I received a direct check from the IRS and now it arrived from a X bank, and I didn't like that, something is not right.
