First time I ever used a CPA. Was treated great by staff and felt at ease with all her knowledge to lead us in the right direction. Definitely a life long client now.
No problem I had a longer wait time then normal but, Ms Melody kept me laughing.
Had an appointment set for 12:00 that we both agreed upon a week prior was there on time. Set in waiting room over 45 minutes never even got a glimpse of what the lady looked like she didn’t say will be with you shortly nothing. In my opinion very inconsiderate of time value. Obviously my wife an I left.
