ATAX and Paula Paredes are the best, professional, great customer service I highly recommend her.

You gotta make an appointment to pass through the line, or else you're gonna be waiting for 3 hours plus, also while I was there I noticed some people come in later than some and they get called first, I'm not sure how it works, it was my first time, they are kinda slow. I still haven't received my refund, I did my taxes on March 6 2021, and til now I haven't received anything, I called and said I had to call IRS, this has never happened to me I have done my taxes before and I have never waited this long, I checked with IRS and said I gotta see my TAX PREPPER so they don't give me answers, they make you pay and take your money right away, but me I gotta wait a month + it's ridiculous. Never going there again.

Its all good until something goes wrong then the lies start, everyone passes the buck, no one wants to admit that they screwed up its very disgusting how people act one way and when things go south they change up, just hope that nothing goes wrong when they do your taxes cause all those pretty words will change to.
