If only 0/5 were possible. When we lived in STL we used their tax filing services and were very happy with the results. Prior to leaving STL, we called the office to discuss the 2024 tax season. We encountered a receptionist who was very rude to us. I was absolutely shocked to hear her aggressive and dismissive tone as she spoke to my partner on the phone. To say the least, she was not helpful at all. About 6 months later, we reconsidered this office despite our negative encounter with the receptionist. We requested to speak with the male accountant who had initially helped us, but the receptionist told my partner that the office is short-staffed and would not be able to provide us services (*LIES*). Keep in mind that this is about 7 months prior to the tax season. I called her again requesting to speak to the accountant. One hour later, she returned my call and stated that she recognized my name because she had spoken to my partner earlier. She then told me that the accountant had dec

B&B is the Best !!!!!!! Knowledgeable and take care of your needs like they were there own. Would not have anyone do my tax concerns other than B&B Accounting. Been with them 25 years.
