BITS is without a doubt one of the best tax return firms I've ever visited. Demiana is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. She knows exactly what she's doing, she's very patient, accepts all of your questions, and she's very thorough. Also very accommodating to first-time filers. The staff is very friendly, and they helped me understand my taxes. I would highly recommend this office. It's also a great looking office.
I loved loved loved my experience! Demiana is so sweet and knowledgeable. I started a business and it was my first time filing with an LLC and she helped me so much with information that I didn't know about. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions right away when I would message her. Highly recommend!
