First time using Blankenship CPA firm. Extremely disappointed in my "assigned" CPA, Scott Felts. I initiated contact, and had to intiate any contact the remainder of our relationship. We never met face to face. I was never asked any questions. I was sent my tax return, accepted it (without any conference or explanation from him), and then promptly sent a bill for $675.00 for his service. We were shocked!!! So disappointed in this Dave Ramsey referral. After posting this, the client care part of Blankenship called to discuss customer service. I explained why we were so upset. They offered several solutions to change company procedure.
