Kathy always makes me feel important and responds to my emails. She is very professional and personable. That is Great combination of qualities.
Yolaine Poitevien is amazing. She helped me with a huge tax issue my ex-husband dropped on my lap. Yolaine helped me file innocent spouse paper work for both federal and state for 2016. So far, NYS made a fair decision to only charge me for my portion of the taxes. The original debt was for $5000 and I will only be responsible for $900. She is amazing at what she does! She just did my taxes for 2018 and I am happy to say I am getting a refund (I didn't think I was getting anything back....but then I am horrible with math...LOL). She is a great listener and is very understanding. I am coming back next year!
