Simply the best!

Bob and his staff have been taking care of my business for years and there is no one better in the business. If you own a small business, you must talk to Bob about your accounting and taxes.

I used them for several years and prices kept going up. They are knowledge and know there stuff, which is why I gave 2 stars. However when we questioned the price and why it was going up so much, as I am a small business and I am the only employee. Never got a clear answer. Seemed irritated we would even ask. I called in for a question on my quickbooks and I was charged $72 for a 10min call. When I let them know I was going to have to go somewhere else because of the cost. They sent me a cancellation letter, which was fine. I called in a few months later about a question on the previous year taxes and was told we no longer represent you. What? Really! As a business owner myself, I would never treat a current or past client that way. I was loyal to them, and even referred several people. I think they have gotten to Big or think they have enough clients, that they can treat you that way. It was like a “we don’t care attitude.”
