I can't say enough good things about Bottom Line. I've been in business for 9 years and have used a couple of other accountants in the past, but Lou and the staff over at Bottom Line are in a different class. They have been incredibly patient with my lack of accounting/business prowess, and have helped me to understand financial aspects of my business that I never had a grasp on before. They also worked on both my business and personal tax returns, and they helped me with some savings that my previous accountants had overlooked. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services until they get tired of me!

We recently received a letter from the IRS with a $2,000 fine and a threat to seize our assets. This was due to one of mutiple mistakes Bottom Line made on our taxes, and refuses to correct. Don't let the fancy lettering on the side of the building fool you. This place is ameture hour on steroids. The guy that runs the show isn't even a CPA if you can believe that! Getting church friends to post fake positive reviews is pretty low too. Save your money, your sanity and your reputation. Hire a company that actually knows what they're doing. The only thing this company is good at, is turning the dream of business ownership into a nightmare!

We thought we were doing a positive move to this firm, wrong decision! We went from bad to worst! There not CPA's or have authority to speak with IRS on your behalf. I found after we signed up, we ran into issues. We provide everything that was requested but service is not good. The co-owner spoke with me in August or September 2022, they had an issue with other client's taxes not being completed. They needed more time, I understood. They forgot about us again, I called. We finally got tired of it. Its three months later, paid $3200 for lousy service. We never got monthly, or quarter reports or meetings. I left original paperwork of TY2021, they misplaced it or lost it. I was given copy. We requested a partial refund, no return calls - wanted a meeting but we didn't feel it would accomplish anything. BEWARE!
