Avoid this practice at all costs. Rudeness. Incompetence. Confrontational. Very unprofessional. In 2019, the IRS contacted me informing me that I owed them more than $6,000 from my 2017 filing. This was all due to this practice not producing required paperwork that needed to go to the IRS. I reached out to Brenda and Rose for help. Rather than work with me to get the issue resolved, they stonewalled me and informed me that it couldn't be a clerical error, that I really did owe the IRS money. It seemed too coincidental that the amount owed happened to be EXACTLY the rounded dollar amount of taxes that my consulting business paid the government in taxes. Luckily, I was able to catch this on my own and through persistence, I was finally able to get my records from Rose. They gave me many excuses for why they couldn't produce my tax records in a timely manner. It took weeks of reaching out to them just to get my records.
