I have been using the services of Brinkman accounting for three years now-specifically my accountant all three years has been Vernon Hargrave. I am amazed every year at how efficiently and quickly Mr. Hargrave files my taxes. Because I work in many different states and countries my taxes are usually complex to navigate, however Mr. Hargrave completes my taxes efficiently and always helps me to maximize my refund, with his professionalism and vast knowledge in accounting. I cannot recommend his/this companies services high enough. Very disappointed. Dropped off my taxes a week before they were due to the IRS. I asked very clearly if they could prepare and file them before the due date and I was told they could. I also asked if I could have an estimate of the cost, which I was also told was possible. After 2 days and no communication, I called to get an update at which time I was told they wouldn’t get to it until after the filing deadline. I picked up my file and am now scrambling to find a tax pro to help me. Their incompetence cost me time and money, and could’ve literally cost me thousands in fines and fees and a headache with the IRS.
