I hired Burgmair in 2022. The experience was extremely unprofessional. My tax prep was started the last day. The link I was sent to review the info never worked. I was sent one page of paperwork in an email. My social security did not match the numbers in any of the documents I had submitted to them. *I want to point out that payment was made in full to the staff. I was being rushed to approve it so they can send the return that day. I decided to file an extension with the IRS, however the staff had file an extension without notifying me and they denied filing anything with IRS. I never received any document of what was sent to the IRS without my approval. I had to let go of this company and after month of debating I decided against filing a complaint with the board if accounting. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO HIRE THIS COMPANY WITH ANYTHING INVOLVING TAXES & IRS. Please go beyond reviews online and ask to see the credentials and licenses of the team members that will be workin

I've been using Burgmaier & Associates for everything from my books, taxes and my payroll for several years now. I have a tax planning meeting with Eric at least once a year and a review before filing. If I ever run into any problems he and/or his team always respond and help.

I worked mainly with Eric, but anyone I came in contact with were very friendly. I had some issues with my taxes and he was very knowledgeable and assisted me any way he could. He kept me informed through email and phone calls, answered any of my questions, and took his time. I am extremely happy with my experience. Thank you so much!
