Well, I don't think I will be returning for the next tax season. I had a form for my brother in the mail owing the IRS from a previous tax return for over 3000. I was never able to get ahold of anyone for answers for months at C&A as I was encouraged to speak to her first by the IRS. After several attempts, the IRS was willing to help me by making an exception if I had to hire someone else willing to assist me. Everyone refused to help me as it was not their work to correct. Once I spent a good penny to get them fixed, it was a very long process to settle with the IRS on my own. I was disappointed as I am unsure if others will come back with the same issue for my family. It has been a long few months.. I would she would have made things right

I've been filing with this company for over 3 years. I recently got a letter from the IRS that said that I owed a large amount in taxes because information was filed wrongly without my knowledge. I checked my tax transcript from the IRS website and compared it with the refund I received from this company and it was short by $600+ each year! I contacted Michel about this issue and he acted like he knew nothing about all the wrong information he used on my taxes and all the missing money. I plan to submit for a investigation with the IRS regarding all these issues. I would avoid this place at all costs.
