Really poor communication. Responded to about 1/3 of our emails after we signed up as clients and took no responsibility for the correctness of their tax submission. Required multiple rounds of correction because they were unfamiliar with how RSU tax treatment works. Will not come back and cannnot recommend for anyone with a remotely nonstandard situation.
These guys are the definition of professional- Luis Montes helped me a lot with my tax returns and I recommend everyone to work with him personally especially if you love $$$
First time using Campbell Jones Cohen CPAs this year for my taxes and I am very pleased with their team and recommend their services to anyone looking for a CPA / Tax preparer. Luis was very prompt and did an excellent job despite my complex tax situation. Got excellent advice on how to decrease my tax liability as well. He was patient with my questions and happy to jump on the phone when needed. Everything is done electronically and a very hassle free experience. Their prices are also reasonable and the turnaround time is very quick.
