Kudos to Carl! I relocated my family to Texas after almost 30 years of homebuilding in Oregon. Regrettably, I arrived here without being caught up on either my personal or business tax returns and he’s helped me clean up and come current on multiple years. From the beginning, Carl has had a can-do attitude and worked to get me caught up. When I admitted I had a hard time keeping up with my bookkeeping, he tasked an associate and I’ve made tremendous progress with their help. When parameters changed, we regrouped and moved on even when I feared he might dump me for my one-off situations. He’s done what he said he would do and been very helpful along the way. He’s timely in his communications and that means a lot to me. I’ve not yet met him in person as we’re 100 miles apart, but I’m going to fix that one day when I buy him the best lunch a 1/100th portion of my tax refund will buy. Ha.
