Had my taxes done at Carver this year and I can say I am very satisfied. It was a very friendly environment. The young lady submitted my taxes and sent me on my way. She followed up with me multiple times to make sure I knew the status of my refund. All in all, I'll be back next year just because of the excellent customer service at Carver.
