I have worked with Amy for years and she has always been so responsive, competent and helpful! She has done both my personal taxes, and payroll and taxes for several of my businesses.

They made mistakes on my taxes that cost me thousands of dollars that I caught after the fact. Despite the fact they admitted to the mistakes, they still billed me for the full amount. When I refused to pay (since i had already lost thousands from the mistakes) - they sent it to collections and it damaged my credit score. My advice - if you have a straightforward file with limited assets or earnings you are probably fine. If you are a high net worth individual and have multiple assets and income streams DO NOT use them. It will cost you thousands or more as they are prone to mistakes
