Vick and his team helped me file my taxes within a timely manner and were communicative and professional throughout the process, and as such I enjoyed working with them. The one downside is the reason I took off one star: the secure online portal CommerceCPA used (provided by CountingWorksPRO) for secure message delivery and file transfers definitely has some reliability issues. The portal lost at least a couple of my messages (one of which I had spent a at least half an hour composing), scrambled the order of another couple of messages and refused to transfer one file properly. To the credit of Vick and his team, alternate routes of message delivery/file transfer were utilized once the difficulties with the portal became apparent. The portal was the weakest part of my experience with CommerceCPA, and while I recognize the technical failings of the portal are not the fault of Vick and his team, I hope CommerceCPA can find a way to fix the issues surrounding their portal or switch to a
