The WORST. Travis made so many mistakes on our taxes and it cost us so much time and effort to fix such simple mistakes! I would call and leave messages and it took forever and a lot of calls to finally get a response. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.
If there were 6 stars, Mark Cox would get that rating!! We have been having him prepare our returns for more than 15 years & he always goes above & beyond for us. I may only see him once or twice a year, but he is one of my favorite people!! Go to Complete Tax Service if you need peace of mind.
