Several years ago, I had a tax mix up and while trying to resolve it, Cori began yelling at me. While, it was ultimately my parents fault, I am now a bookkeeper and still see how the entire situation was not appropriately responded to by Cori. I am giving 2 stars, because the issue was resolved, but the treatment was not OK.
Wendy has filed my taxes for a couple of years. Everything is always completed quickly with no steps missed. Many convenient ways to file without having to go in directly and the price is always fair. Also, very personable, every time I come in Wendy remembers a face and greets nicely.
We work with Wendy! She is great. Efficient and always willing to answer questions throughout the year.
