Mark was recommended by a very dear friend of mines, she spoke of him with such high regard. I wish I could say the same. I have been trying to get in contact with him to get some clarification on my tax filing. The service was paid already so I’m not understanding what the hold up is in the filing process. I have been calling Mark for almost 4 weeks to get some answers and haven’t heard anything. I’m not understanding exactly what’s the problem. I really just have a few questions that need to be answered I don’t think I’m asking for much. I did get a email from Mark saying it was filed, but when I went on the IRS website it said otherwise. This is a question for just Mark. Hopefully this will get his attention.

Costen Tax Solutions was recommended to me by one of their former customers. Mark ultimately prepared my taxes in early May 2021 and charged me for the service. Here we are close to JULY and the IRS has absolutely no record of my taxes being sent to them, nor do the two states with which I also had to file returns. I have tried to contact Mark, both at his cell number and at the main business number on multiple occasions just so I can verify the date that the return was sent and perhaps see some sort of proof that it was sent off in the first place. The main number is always busy, regardless of what time of the day you call. The cell number is even stranger. Usually it goes to voice mail, which I have left several in the last couple of weeks, but recently the voicemail box is reporting FULL, meaning that he is either being bombarded with calls or is not checking his messages. My next step will be to drive by the actual business address just to see if it is even legit or if they

Mark Costen is a liar and a thief . Charged me in full to file my 2020 taxes and never did. Had to pay another tax preparer to research and file my taxes .
