Disappointment. My husband I were excited to work with Danielle based on the reviews. Initially meeting Danielle, she was professional, personable, reassuring as it pertained to her being accessible for questions, and seemed to display a tax knowledge as we had just begun investing in real estate. She was accessible in the beginning but as time went on she became less accessible. We were fairly new to the business side of taxes so we had questions. We would, text, call, leave messages at her firm, drive to her firm, etc... it became more challenging to connect with her. Finally, after our taxes were filed by Danielle, we were told that we owed just under four hundred dollars. We were surprised by the news but we accepted it. Weeks later we received a letter from the IRS expressing that we owed a little over four thousand. We were totally blindsided by the news.
