The person who prepared my father’s taxes had no access to previous returns before. This seems like someone who is not an accountant is practicing without a license. Usually he would pay but this time said he had a refund. I asked them to compare but Refused to look at it. While my father was dying from cancer I found remaining documents and asked them to file an amendment they refused. He should be reported for malpractice if not already.

I was greeted by the receptionist, then waited for my tax appointment with Mr Lou Cannizzaro. It was very busy in there but I was seen right away by the admin staff and they input my initial paperwork in before I was seen by the accountant. After that I waited for a few mins and was seen by Mr Cannizzaro and he was very knowledgeable with all tax information, I e-filed so I can get my refund much quicker. Mr Cannizzaro answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation. All of the staff was very friendly and I must say a great overall experience.

Lou is amazing! He has a wonderful bedside manner, treated me like family and really understands the laws to perfection. if anyone can help its LOU!! Would highly recommend Lou for all of your tax and financial planning needs.
