We struggled with communication with this group for the time we worked with them. We found someone who is more personal and knows us at least on a superficial level which gives us some comfort. Tax season for us is only once a year, so we are not looking for friends, but we just could not get through to this group on even which email was viable. Time sensitive items would sit in a box they had been told not to use. There seems to be a big disconnect from what they promote. I 'met' Leo through a video conference & it seemed like the best choice at the time.
