Very friendly and helpful staff. They made it so easy. Followed their simple checklist, brought in the documents they needed, and they returned a folder with copies of my returns and stamped envelopes for me to send in checks to federal/state/local. So easy!
Great experience! Everyone was professional, pleasant, and personal. Special shout out to Heather (and others) for your patience and darn can't think of another good word that starts with "p" right now but you can see how I feel! BTW who won the bet if I would make it to my appointment this last time!
After years with the same accountant I met Duane at my business networking group. He was able to identify all sorts of things that my previous accountant was missing or doing incorrectly.
