There is no communication, and trying to get a hold of them was frustrating. They have cost us more money in mistakes and lack of communication than there services were worth.
I've been working with Jeff for my personal taxes for the last decade or so. He's super fast, efficient, and really knows his stuff. Well worth the price for piece of mind when it comes to filing your taxes. He's saved my bacon on some scares and also helped my family maximize refunds every year. Even after we moved out of state, he's been an awesome tax guy and I look forward to our annual chats.
