Hands down best accountant I’ve had. He helped me switch from an LLC to an S Corp for my taxes. At t he end of the day it’s saved me thousands. I also decided to get another S Corp with David for another business in San Diego.

David assisted me with specific tax issues regarding capital gains and was helpful throughout the whole process. David took time to explain why and how I should be compliant with the taxing agencies down to the technical issues such as..."how to pay." He was very accommodating with my whole situation. Cam and I came to David York's Tax Service in 2016 to file our 2015 taxes since it was the first time we were filing jointly. Although it was pretty late in tax season, we were still able to get an appointment with Marie to prepare our tax papers. The process went so smoothly last year for us that we came back this year.
