Dukhon Tax and Accounting LLC

I have been a customer since 2020 and my experience has been HORRIBLE. Dimitri is a great accountant but it is nearly impossible to reach him or anyone in his office. I submitted all tax documents to his office at the beginning of March and then begin calling daily when I hadn't heard back from him and tax day was quickly approaching. I didn't receive a response until well after tax day and was told they filed an extension. My taxes were not ready until July! I am now dealing with a 2,500 fine from the IRS and no response from Dimitri for well over a month. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

And....., he did it again! It's very easy to complain about something, but we don't usually take the time to compliment someone, Dukhon taxes is worth the time!. If you are looking for reviews because you need the best accountant, don't waist your time, Dmitry Dukhon and his team are just the best. We met him 3 years ago, and he is like our guardian angel, every year he does his magic and gets an amazing refund for us. It doesn't matter where you live, everything is done via secure online portal, and really easy to complete. I could write a lot of wonderful adjectives about him, but it might sound too good to be true. Just give him a try, and you will see what I mean.
