The manager/ owner is awful. I came in for my appointment and had to wait by the door till she was ready. She proceeds to question me, I let her know I have an appointment. She becomes very belligerent which I have no idea why. She talked about my appointment and why my tax guy is not here or should be here! Let’s just say she is terrible and doesn’t need to own a business. She cannot be professional. She has a bad temper. I cannot say how much awful human being she is.

I have been a customer for years. The staff made necessary changes adhering to CDC guidelines and works together like a team. It's busy but plan to remain a customer, but I am very pleased.

Outstanding customer service! The owner Jackie Gordon is humble, personable, and is extremely professional. Charlie English is a gem and the best tax person on the planet. Laid back and friendly yet amazingly professional. I have come for many years. Upwards towards a decade. Never had any problems, no scandals, haven't been let down once. They're trustworthy, dependable, and will get you good money????. I was initially referred and that person still uses them! Try them!
