Dan is dependable, he and his accounting team are available all the time. They have become friends and we have developed a good long term business relationship.
I had need of a CPA or other qualified tax preparation service to review / refile my income taxes. This firm didn't want to meet with me because I am a small business - one woman show. I'm not their typical customer. They directed me to call H&R Block or someone like them. The trouble with the other firms like the one they suggested is that I couldn't seem to get anyone on the phone. I practically begged them to help me, and they refused a customer.
