As a self manage HOA. Ellsworth and Stout have provided the best service in Taxes and Audits. I highly recommend them
I would give zero stars if possible. They’ve been my CPAs for almost 2 years. They have failed to file my quarterly payroll on time (and cost me fees) and also screwed up my personal tax return with the IRS (penalty and then a refund). They are extremely not responsive to any of these issues. Not helpful with any questions. Seriously - I question whether these positive reviews were from friends or family members. Addendum: after posting this review, I had a very helpful phone call from E&S. They apologized for my experience, provided an explanation, and had a plan for how to help ensure a smoother process moving forward. I have decided to stick with them for a little bit longer. I therefore have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars, and will update if my experience improves
I have been with Ellsworth, Gilman and Stout CPAs for over 5 year. The staff are friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable regarding complicated tax issues. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
