David was incredibly helpful getting my husband and me organized on Quickbooks. I really appreciated his easy going personality, yet he is very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We will definitely continue to use him, and suggest that anyone who is looking for help with getting set up and organized with their personal finances (as well as business), he is a great fit.

Which I could give zero star. It was my first time to filed my tax with this company. David, the owner he was nice at first. But I'm not sure if he or his employee did something wrong to my tax. I filed my tax 2 - 3 years behind. I asked them, will I get penalty or have to pay anything? They told me no and said I'll get refund around $400. Now, I got a letter from IRS that I have to pay them $1,100. So, I called him and tried to ask. He hung up and block my number. Hung up and block is very immature. Such a bad service and unprofessional. DO NOT response that I'm not your client. You knew it.

I wish I can give a zero star. Beware of welcoming behavior at first ! You can't ask any further question regarding the taxes once the number are in. He verbally pushed me to go out of the office after asking some question before filing. I feel that I was thrown out for asking legit accounting questions. Unprofessional
