Shoutout to Paul here. He has great customer service and is very knowledgeable too. With all his tax knowledge though, he is not arrogant but truly humble and down to earth. He patiently answered all my questions and was a great help. I also liked he was very honest as well, and did not try to push an upsell on any unneeded services Paul is truly a gem at that office. Shoutout to Ruthanne as well. She did a great job promptly responding to emails in the busy season and also has a way of breaking down tax knowledge so that's it's easy to understand. :)

We have had Brian as our Tax Consultant for quite a few years now. He is very honest, courteous, and explains the tax laws so we can understand them. We always make our appointment a year ahead and they are very good at reminding you of your appointment so you don't forget when the time comes. The office staff is very accommodating and friendly and everyone is very easy to work with. Our taxes get done the day we have our appointment and they are filed electronically so we have nothing to do to ensure our tax information is sent in.
