Elaine has been handling my taxes for as long as I can remember, and I love Elaine! Not only has she done a great job for me over the years, but she has always made me and my family feel as though she genuinely cares about us, and that’s as important to me as the product she puts out.

I have always loved Tax Trio and I have felt like they know their stuff. This year I was highly disappointed with how Tax Trio handled things. I first started having Rob do our taxes and he was amazing. He passed away, so the last two years all of his clients were given to other people at Tax Trio. The last 2 years I paid $10 more to have my taxes done, but that was just fine cause I understand price increases. This year though after all my taxes were done I was handed my bill and it was more than double to have my taxes done. All they said was we have to increase our prices from what Rob charged. I have usually paid $175 and my total this year was $405. I didn't add any new forms or anything from previous years. I understand price increases but I thought it was very unprofessional that they didn't send out an email stating this before my taxes were done, or last year telling us that prices would be increasing.
