Nothing to write home about.... I used them for the first time this year and had an ok experience overall. Considering the high price I paid, they wouldn't answer a few basic tax related questions I had for them which is unfortunate. Not to mention, I had three different people working on my taxes during the course of two months which was hard to keep track of. Won't be using them in the future or referring them, but they did finalize my taxes in a short amount of time.

I built my relationship with Flex Tax from a one-hour tax consultation service last year where I would like to be aware of my tax consequence at the end of the year. My scenario was that I sold the residential house and vested a part of the RSU. Chris has been very knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy; He has done an excellent job preparing my estimated tax calculation throughout my time working with him. I got a refund after filing my 2021 tax return with Flex Tax which is a piece of great evidence that they provided me with a great tax consultation avoiding the potential penalty. Great work, Chris.

I had a large number of stock transactions in 2021, including the ISO, ESPP, and RSU. After researching on yelp, I finally decided to let Flex Tax to file my taxes. Alex who is the CPA, is incredibly professional, easy to work with, and accommodating. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my taxes have been filed with such care and attention to detail.
