Four Cedars has been a great accounting/bookkeeping partner for our startup. Our main contact is Leslie, and she is responsive and knowledgeable, and swooped in to help out on a time sensitive matter for our company during the busiest time of the year for accountants. We really appreciate the personalized approach that Four Cedars has always taken with us.

Four Cedars Group has been the accounting firm for my business for several years. They helped us overhaul our entire accounting process, integrate better and less expensive time tracking and invoicing applications, and improve our state and local tax reporting across the many states in which we work. In 2020 they were at the center of our PPP funding management and reporting, and securing this funding was made much easier due to their accurate and turnkey financial reporting. Four Cedars Group is a B2B partner in the truest sense.

RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS. Melissa Mason has terrible customer service and poor communication. I emailed her letting her know of something that I was dissatisfied with and instead of fixing the problem, as any good business would do, she wrote me back a scathing email telling me to "educate myself." It was trite, confrontational, and aggressive. She was extremely unprofessional and defensive. What business does that? If you have a dissatisfied client, you take the time to see what the problem is...not blame them for the issue. I would not recommend Four Cedar Group and I would definitely not recommend Melissa Mason. She fails to communicate and cannot take any criticism. There are plenty of other accountants out there. I suggest finding a different one. In response to their reply: They can make all the excuses they want to make themselves feel better.
