My experience with Frank was extremely negative. He made Multiple mistakes on my taxes and responded unprofessionally by threatening and yelling at me. When confronted, he tried to gaslight the situation by threatening to involve the police. After Telling my mother about the situation, she called Frank and Frank yelled at my other over the phone and Hung up on my mother. After Realizing what he’s was completely foul he attempted to get in contact with my mother and also me to bribe me and my family with a refund that was significantly higher than the service cost. I strongly advise against using Frank, as his emotional outbursts and unethical behavior overshadow their professional capabilities and integrity. Please look elsewhere to have your taxes completed.
