This firm was the worst experience of any accounting firm that I dealt with after being in business for 40+ years. If looking for an accounting firm I would steer clear of this one. I had my information to this firm to do my taxes in their office in early February so it would be done on time. Taxes were done finally in October..An extension was filed without my knowledge and only after countless unanswered phone calls I finally got a call saying an extension had been filed weeks after the deadline. This was after April 15, 2023. Taxes were not done until October and I am still holding a notice saying I owe 1,200.00 in back penalties. You stated someone would handle this and its been crickets once again. Here we are February 2024 and still nothing from the IRS. Other examples include the non-communication that was continuously especially not answering the phone at your main office. No calls back when you leave a message. We got put on the back burner for months and months. We went in 2 months before tax day to file...they didn’t get them done and were unresponsive requiring several phone calls just to get a response, then the response was always from the assistant who “didn’t know” The answers to any of our questions and she kept telling us they needed additional reviewing. Finally September the following year, we get an in person meeting to discuss our tax situation. I had to request they not charge me the $350.00 for they extension THEY filed. They charged us $795.00 for this terrible service. And took off the $350 as a “curtesy”. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
