If you ever need to ask Gary a question, you have to call him directly as he isn’t good about answering emails. Also, his staff doesn’t send invoices for services. You have to wait until you are 90 days past due or you call them directly to remind them.

I had discussion with Mr Pecher's firm about taxes and it was clear that the answers i was getting were purposely very generalized sort of telling you what you want to hear in order to get me to pay for the service in advance of knowing what was best for my situation. It essentially turns out to be a bait and switch because you expect one thing and then end up in a whole other situation with the firm even though you were clear and upfront. no good.

This is a great company and has been a pleasure to work with. They are a small local company and charge very reasonable rates. They are very knowledgeable and give me confidence when filing my taxes. I have worked with Gary personally as well as his son Nathan.
