Very poor experience. I came to this CPA firm for help reducing my taxable income and was told they could assist. After submitting my documents, I was later told there was nothing they could do—completely contradicting the initial promise. Communication was disorganized, with multiple missed callbacks and confusion about appointment format. The front desk is unhelpful, and I had to resend files multiple times due to poor coordination. I was charged $375 for slower, less professional service.

I have used Steve Gentry for over 25 years for my personal and small business taxes. He is very knowledgeable and is a great resource for anyone looking for business or personal accountant.
