I'm not sure why I've had such a bad experience, but I had a simple 2022 tax return I hired them to prepare and file. Unfortunately, the IRS said there was a miscalculation and is asking for more money. I noticed the accountants also made several minor mistakes on the basic information of the return. It was really sloppy work. We are writing the IRS letters and trying to fight it but it has taken large amounts of time without resolution. The team doesn't take responsibility other than telling me to write the IRS letters and call them. Very disappointed and will not be back.
