if i could give negative 5 stars i would this place has no customer service skills. i called to ask why my taxes cost so much to file and all they could tell me is "you have a schedule C and thats what it costs because you are self employed and own a business." when i am not self employed and dont own a buisiness. i asked them to explain why they are trying to file me as such they couldnt answer with any detailed reasons for such or ask me to come in so they could explain the details of my return. Glen himself laughed at my return and said "i dont have time for this" and told me to come get my file. when i arrived to get my file and get answers for my questions i was handed my file and told that they were NOT going to do my taxes with 5 days left to file. they had my taxes for over a month and i never once recieved a pnone call about my situation. only call i got was to tell me that my taxes were done and they would cost 350 dollars. i understand its the busiest time of year for them

Great accounting service! I have used this business for my personal taxes the past few years. Everything is returned promptly and filed correctly, I don’t have to worry about a thing!
